Our process starts off by qualifying all raw material suppliers. Our material is then purchased from one of these qualified suppliers. Once received, each raw material is then quarantined by our quality control department and tested upon arrival. Once approved, the raw material passes QC testing it is then released from QC and ready for production. Each product is tested every thirty minutes during the production process to ensure it is achieving weight, hardness, etc. Finished product is then tested in-house for label claim, heavy metals and microbials. All Finished products are sent out to 3^rd party labs to confirm our results.
