RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Planet Earth CBD.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. A new product may be returned for a refund.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • It is within 14 days from the delivery date
  • The product is in its original unopened packaging

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form must be completed for every return. To perform your return please review the RMA guidelines then click on the following link “here” to process your RMA. Please allow 1-2 weeks for our team to receive the refunded items and process the return. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase

Any opened products that are NOT in their original packaging will be discarded and a refund will NOT be issued. Any product that is not accompanied with a completed RMA form will be discarded and a refund will not be issued.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse any refund or to issue a partial refund for any request that does not meet these requirements. We recommend that you return your order via traceable mail as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered returns.

The Fulfillment, Return and Exchange Department operates Monday- Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST Proof of purchase required. Refunds and exchanges are accepted for purchases made directly from PlanetEarthCBD.com. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.

Shipping charges:

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damaged items:

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Please do not discard of the product or any of the packaging as we may require pictures to file a claim.

Sale items:

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
